June 08, Gandhinagar – Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani has begun fifteenth state-wide Kanya Kelavani Shala Praveshotsav campaign from tribal village Rupakheda, Ta. Zalod, District Dahod. He welcomed and enrolled 58 eligible toddlers in school. Out of them 30 boys and 28 girl students have been enrolled. He also enrolled 36 children of Anganwadi along with 112 eligible students for Std. 9.
In his address, Mr. Rupani said that state government is committed to enroll 100% eligible students and to empower education through 100% stability. State Government has initiated ascertainment of education development with three purposes such as qualitative education, 100 % enrollment and 100 % stability, he added.
Mr. Rupani said that digital learning system has been stated by applying technology through tablet and computer to take the students in the proper direction under which students will be educated through as many as 2500 virtual classes. Shala Praveshotsav is not only the programme of Education department but is becoming Mahayagya as every individual is participating as a part of his responsibility, he added.
The then Chief Minister of Gujarat and Current Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi started this campaign in year 2003 with a view to nominate 100 percent students in primary school. As a result today a revolution of universal improvement is being visualized.
He appealed the teachers to shape and nurture the children to the right path from primary teaching itself. Eklavya Model Residential Schools have been built for the children from tribal families so that they can stand among other students. He took visit of class-rooms and had interacted with children to check their capabilities. He distributed Vidhyalaxmi bond, affordable food to pregnant women and bicycles under Sarashwati Sadhana scheme. He honored brilliant students who achieved best in Std. 3rd to Std. 8th, donors and elder citizens as well.
On the occasion Former MLA Mr. Maheshbhai Bhuriya, Leader Mr. Shankarbhai Amaliyar, Sarpanch Mrs. Retaben Bhuriya, Secretary In-Charge Mrs. Sonal Mishra, District Collector, DDO, Students, Parents, Guardians, Teaching Faculties at a huge number were remained present.
It worth to mention here that Mr. Rupani will visit primary school in Jivapar village of Jasdan Taluka in Rajkot on the second day of Shala Praveshotsav. He will enroll eligible students in Std. 1st.
